Although we offer flat-rate pricing for our simple divorce service, our firm bills at an hourly rate for Family Court litigation. This situation arises when the parties involved require a Family Lawyer for legal advice and negotiations relating to their case. If you find yourself in this situation, please contact us immediately. Our firm currently charges an hours rate of $300 for litigation.
